Engr. Ifeanyi Jude Ngama, mni, is a seasoned technocrat and innovation leader with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, governance, and strategic policy implementation. He is the Founder and Chairman of EXWHYZEE Technologies Ltd and currently serves as Special Adviser to the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, and National Publicity Secretary of the Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI).
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), and an MBA holder in Project Management, Engr. Ngama has continued to evolve as a multidimensional leader. His commitment to digital transformation is evident in his pioneering work on e-government platforms, smart business tools, and national ICT strategies. His technology firms—EXWHYZEE and Juray Smart Solutions—have developed solutions in education, public service delivery, e-commerce, real estate, and agro-data systems.
He is an alumnus of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), where he completed both the Senior Executive Course 44 (2022) and the Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course (2021). He also studied at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, and holds advanced international certifications in Networking, Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, and AI for Public Sector Communication.
A fellow and member of several prestigious professional bodies—including NSE, COREN, IoD Nigeria, ASME, and WIPAM—Engr. Ngama’s work has earned him multiple awards, including the Best NYSC Corps Member in Adamawa State (2003) and the Pillar of ICT Award by UNIZIK Students’ Society. His deep interest in governance, digital innovation, and future trends drives his research in areas such as: Digitalization and Public Service Delivery in Nigeria’s Educational Sector Digital Economy and E-Commerce in Nigeria: Challenges and Prospects, strengthening Local Governance in Nigeria.
A respected voice in national development dialogues, Engr. Ngama has represented Nigeria at various international summits, including FOCAC in China, KOICA Fellowship in Korea, and the Nutrition for Growth Conference in Paris.
He is passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs, especially in the ICT and agro-enterprise sectors, and serves as a certified trainer under CBN/NIRSAL Entrepreneurship Development Initiatives.
Engr. Ngama is married and blessed with three children. He enjoys golfing, policy research, emerging technologies, and championing initiatives that create inclusive digital access and impact.
